Do You Have Specialist Fabric That Requires Laser Cutting?

Laser cutting fabric is a precise and efficient process, ideal for creating intricate patterns, detailed designs, and custom shapes with clean, sealed edges. Unlike traditional cutting methods, laser cutting prevents fraying by heat-sealing the edges, making it perfect for delicate and synthetic fabrics.

Simply send us your artwork or image, and we’ll convert it into a digital vector file. This file is then uploaded to our laser cutting machine, allowing us to cut, engrave, or raster your fabric to create your design.

We can work with a variety of specialist fabrics, including polyester, felt, silk, cotton, and technical textiles used in fashion, interior design, and industrial applications. To minimise material waste, we carefully optimise the design layout. Using a roll feed system, we can also laser cut fabric in a continuous, repeat pattern for seamless results.
