Covering over 3,000m², this vibrant public artwork required meticulous planning, custom laser-cut stencils, and over 6,000 litres of paint from Polycote to create a design that captures the energy of one of the UK’s fastest-growing cities.

From translating Yinka Ilori’s dynamic design into practical stencils, to managing obstacles like lamp posts and urban furniture, every detail was carefully executed to ensure perfect alignment across the entire mural. With collaboration between The London Mural Company, Milton Keynes Council & Shier Coatings, this large-scale installation now welcomes passengers with colour, creativity, and lasting impact.
