Coffee Stencils

Send us your company logo and we manufacture as a cappuccino or latte stencil for your hotel, café, pub or restaurant. You can order the minimum quantity ‘Starter pack’ or in very high volumes and we deliver worldwide. We often work B2B on volume packs for corporate gifts or event promotion – we’ve sent 20K stencils to Scandinavia for a Nestle Dolce Gusto campaign.

Cocktail Stencils

Send us your logo or image and our design team recreate it, sized to suit your crockery, cratons or glassware specification for drinks in your bar, pub, club, hotel or restaurant. We work mainly B2B with many well-known brands on drinks stencils for exhibitions, events, promotions and branding. You can order ‘The Starter Collection’ (x5) or in high volume.

Bakery Stencils

Send us your artwork and we convert it into to a bakery stencil for commercial cakes, cupcakes, bread or for decorating plates in your restaurant.

Our cake stencils are used by bakeries supplying major supermarket chains, bread stencils are used by artisan cafés and many a Michelin star chef uses our decorative stencils for plate decorating or on table mats, menus or chargers.

Our bakery stencil range includes stencils for Christmas cakes, Easter/ Valentine’s cakes, cupcakes, celebration or character licensed cakes, cake toppers, filigree cake banding and positioning templates for spreadable, royal or buttercream icing.

Bread Stencils

Send us your image, logo or text to be recreated as a stencil to be used to decorate bread rolls, loaves possibly even fishes!

All our bread stencils are made in robust, durable and washable, food-safe materials; we advise on which will be best for your particular project. We work with you on the optimum size, allowing for shrinkage in the oven, and can make to whatever size or shape you require.

Flour, cocoa, seeds and spices can be sprinkled through your stencil prior to baking to add eye-catching decorative appeal or to promote and increase brand awareness.

Whisky Stencils

Send us your text or logo and we recreate for use as a stencil on whisky barrels and casks. We can also make identification stencils if you need to number the barrels and extra-large stencils for signage on distillery walls, car parks, even on copper stills.

Cask stencils are made to order at any size, standard is 560mm diameter. Distillery wall or carpark stencils can be made as big as you require!

Our whisky stencils have been used by many iconic brands such as Jack Daniels, Ardbeg and Johnnie Walker. We also offer a laser engraving service on hardwood whisky boxes to be used as display/ promotional packaging.

Shaped Stencils

Once we have your logo or design ..it doesn’t stop there. You can order a coffee, cake or cocktail stencil in ANY SHAPE.

We provide a handle on all our food and drink stencils so you can easily hold over your drinks and bakery products. We can work with you on the shape, design and positioning of this too.

Stencil Material

All materials are EU/ FDA certified as food safe and are washable and re-uasble.

Acrylic – 2mm black or white for stencilling coffees and cocktails
Opaque – Polypropylene, for larger quantities
Bakery – thinner, more flexible for stencilling cakes

Stencil Size

The standard size is approximately 85mm, however we can cut to suit the sizes you require.
From small cupcake stencils or coffee stencils, all the way up to stencils for standard whisky casks, whatever the available space on your cup, glass, cake or barrel, we take your artwork and custom make a stencil to suit.

All drinks stencils have a standard ‘handy handle’ to help you position your stencil on mugs, cartons or glasses. You can specify size, shape and position if you want something different.

Stencil Application

Stencilling onto hot frothy milk or drinks can produce different results. Please ask if you need advice or watch our video.
