Stencil Material

Stencil Material

All materials are EU/ FDA certified as food safe and are washable and re-uasble.

Acrylic – 2mm black or white for stencilling coffees and cocktails
Opaque – Polypropylene, for larger quantities
Bakery – thinner, more flexible for stencilling cakes

We offer food and beverage stencils in a variety of materials. Please enquire about our food safe options. They are also washable and reusable for ongoing use.

  • Acrylic – 2mm thickness, available in black or white, ideal for stencilling on coffees and cocktails. We also offer 3mm thickness in a variety of colours, although more simplified designs are recommended for this material.
  • 500-micron Polypropylene – A durable material for larger quantities and bulk production and is available in a variety of colours, opaque and solid.
  • Polyester Film – Thinner and more flexible, perfect for cake stencilling and other delicate applications.
Stencil Size

Stencil Size

The standard size is approximately 85mm, however we can cut to suit the sizes you require.
From small cupcake stencils or coffee stencils, all the way up to stencils for standard whisky casks, whatever the available space on your cup, glass, cake or barrel, we take your artwork and custom make a stencil to suit.

All drinks stencils have a standard ‘handy handle’ to help you position your stencil on mugs, cartons or glasses. You can specify size, shape and position if you want something different.

We can customise the size of your stencil to suit your specific needs. Whether you need small cupcake or coffee stencils or larger stencils for whisky casks, we’ll tailor the stencil to fit the available space on your cups, glasses, cakes, or barrels. Simply provide your artwork, and we’ll create a stencil that perfectly matches your requirements.

All F&B stencils can come with a standard ‘handy handle’ for easy positioning on mugs, glasses, plates or cakes. If you require a different size, shape, or positioning, just let us know, and we’ll customise it to your exact specifications.
