Coffee Stencils

Send us your company logo or design, and we’ll create a custom cappuccino or latte stencil for your hotel, café, pub, or restaurant. You can order a 'Starter Pack' (x5 stencils) or purchase high-volume orders, with worldwide delivery available. We often work B2B on large-volume packs for corporate gifts or event promotions—for example, we supplied 20,000 stencils for a Nestle promotion in Scandinavia.

We manufacture coffee stencils in a variety of materials. Our preferred material is PP (polypropylene), a flexible, impact-resistant plastic. For high-volume orders, we can also produce stencils in polyester film.

Cocktail Stencils

Send us your logo or image, and our design team will recreate it to fit on your glassware for drinks at your bar, pub, club, hotel, or restaurant. We primarily work B2B, partnering with well-known brands for drinks stencils used in exhibitions, events, promotions, and branding. You can order a ‘Starter Pack’ (x 5 stencils) or purchase in high volume.

Our cocktail and drinks stencils are usually made from acrylic or polypropylene (PP). For high-volume orders on a budget, ask about our Polyester film option.

Cake, Bread & Bakery Stencils

Send us your artwork, and we’ll convert it into a custom bakery stencil for commercial cakes, cupcakes, bread, or for decorating plates in your restaurant.

Our cake stencils are used by bakeries supplying major supermarket chains and include designs for Christmas cakes, Easter/Valentine’s cakes, celebration cakes, licensed character cakes, cake toppers, and positioning templates for spreading royal icing, buttercream, or other icing types.

Bread stencils are popular with artisan cafés. We’ll advise you on the best material for your specific project and work with you on the optimal size, factoring in shrinkage during baking. You can sprinkle flour, cocoa, seeds, or spices through the stencil before baking to add decorative appeal or enhance brand awareness.

Many Michelin-star chefs also rely on our decorative stencils for plate decorations.

Whisky Cask & Distillery Stencils

Send us your text or logo, and we’ll create a custom stencil for use on whisky barrels and casks. We can also design identification stencils for numbering barrels or extra-large stencils for signage on distillery walls, car parks, and even copper stills.

Our cask stencils are made to order, with the standard size being 560mm diameter, but we can create them in any size you require. Distillery wall and car park stencils can also be made in large custom sizes to suit your needs.

Our whisky cask stencils have been used by iconic brands such as Jack Daniels, Ardbeg, and Johnnie Walker. Additionally, we offer a laser engraving service for hardwood whisky boxes, which can be used for display or promotional packaging.

Stencil Material

We offer food and beverage stencils in a variety of materials. Please enquire about our food safe options. They are also washable and reusable for ongoing use.

Acrylic – 2mm thickness, available in black or white, ideal for stencilling on coffees and cocktails. We also offer 3mm thickness in a variety of colours, although more simplified designs are recommended for this material.
500-micron Polypropylene – A durable material for larger quantities and bulk production and is available in a variety of colours, opaque and solid.
Polyester Film – Thinner and more flexible, perfect for cake stencilling and other delicate applications.

Stencil Size

We can customise the size of your stencil to suit your specific needs. Whether you need small cupcake or coffee stencils or larger stencils for whisky casks, we’ll tailor the stencil to fit the available space on your cups, glasses, cakes, or barrels. Simply provide your artwork, and we’ll create a stencil that perfectly matches your requirements.

All F&B stencils can come with a standard ‘handy handle’ for easy positioning on mugs, glasses, plates or cakes. If you require a different size, shape, or positioning, just let us know, and we’ll customise it to your exact specifications.
