For the prestigious Aviation Polo Cup, Castle Air required a large-scale branded logo display visible to spectators and arriving helicopters. Working to a tight schedule, our team designed and installed a 45-metre-wide logo on the polo field using a stencil, creating a striking visual centrepiece for the event.

Castle Air required a large, high-visibility logo stencil for their Aviation Polo Cup event, designed to be seen clearly from the air.
Our team laser-cut a 45 m wide stencil from durable 125 µm polyester film, divided into sections with alignment keys for easy setup.
The stencil was installed onsite using a plumb line for accuracy, pegged securely, and spray-painted using temporary field paint.
The result was a crisp, professional finish that created a striking centrepiece for the event and showcased the visual impact achievable with large-scale laser-cut stencils.
