Our customer supplied us with the Sea Eagle logo artwork ready to be turned into a large-scale stencil for painting directly onto their yacht hull.
From the original design, we created a cutting-ready file, adjusting the artwork where needed to work as a stencil. Due to the overall dimensions — approximately 2200mm x 2000mm — the stencil was split into two overlapping sections. This allowed the customer to apply one panel, paint, then overlap the second panel to recreate the full design seamlessly.

Before production, we supplied a proof showing the stencil layout, split sections, overlap position, and final sizing for approval.
The finished stencil was then laser cut and supplied ready for paint application onto the vessel. The final result gave a clean, sharp finish that worked perfectly against the dark hull colour and demonstrated how effective large custom stencils can be for marine branding and boat graphics.
