Clear floor markings are essential in aviation hangars and warehouses, helping to identify storage areas, improve organisation and keep working spaces easy to navigate.
We recently produced a custom “ZR BULK” floor-marking stencil for Next Level Flooring, who kindly sent us these photographs from the completed installation.
Next Level Flooring has experience delivering specialist flooring solutions in demanding commercial and aviation environments, including work within British Airways hangars and at Heathrow Airport. Their team completed the floor installation and markings shown here, using our custom stencil to add the final identification details.
The stencil was laser cut from 3mm polypropylene, providing a strong and rigid template that could be positioned accurately against the newly painted yellow lines. Black paint was then applied through the stencil to create a clean, highly visible identification mark.

The finished installation shows how effective a straightforward stencil can be. The bold black lettering contrasts clearly against the grey floor and yellow storage-zone markings, creating a clean and professional result.
