What is a custom stencil?

A custom stencil is where we convert your logo or design artwork files ready for laser cutting. Alternatively, if you already have a design we can cut directly from your vector or illustrator files. Custom stencils can be made in all types of stencil film for product branding, advertising, company logos and marketing stencils.

What is a large commercial wall stencil?

Large commercial stencils are often used for car park marking, signage and shopping areas. All engine, ship and aircraft refurbishment projects commonly use large stencils for marking, identification or branding. Stencils are often made in multiple sections where registration marks are incorporated for ease of application. There is no limit to the size we can produce.

What is an industrial stencil?

Industrial stencils are laser cut in a thick polyester film, e.g. pallet marking stencils are made in heavy duty 500 - 2000 micron polyester. Industrial stencils can also be made in thinner films and self-adhesive backed vinyl, e.g. paint mask, which is available for both rigid and flexible surfaces.

What is a cappuccino stencil?

Custom cappuccino stencils from your logo or design are available. They are made in 350 micron polyester or Mylar film (food approved). Laser cut polyester film is durable and dishwasher proof. Your stencil designs can also be used on cupcakes and biscuits. Cappuccino stencils will fit a standard coffee carton of 85mm diameter, however we can make coffee stencils to your required dimensions.

What is a graffiti/street stencil?

Clean graffiti/street stencils are fast becoming one of the most popular forms of street advertising. Often used by media and advertising agencies for client project campaigns. These heavy duty 500 to 2000 micron stencils can be used with spray chalk, paint roller or simply jet wash, clean water onto a dirty pavement to expose your custom stencil design.

What is a body tattoo stencil?

Body tattoo stencils are a fast, effective way to create intricate colour stencil work on the skin. Often used in the performance industry: TV, film, stage; they can be used repeatedly with consistent results. Stencils can be made in self-adhesive backed films or other thin polyester films. Body stencils are also regularly used in the fashion and make up industry for product promotion and branding.

Who uses our industrial and wall stencils?

There is no limit as to where wall stencils can be used and no limit on the sizes we can produce. We have the knowledge and ability to work in logistically challenging locations. Stencils that are larger than our maximum cutting area can be cut in multiple sections and using registration points to join together that will make the application easily manageable for you or from our customised roll feed system.

We have manufactured large scale stencil commissions that are over 100m long, as featured in the London 2012 Olympics project (Angel Lane, Stratford). Many of our customers are looking for alphabet stencils, number stencils, laser cut stencils incorporating lettering, text, graphics, logos and custom personalised bespoke stencils designs.

Who uses our street graffiti advertising and road marking stencils?

Graffiti Stencils (also referred to as pavement stencilling or street advertising stencils) are used widely to promote a variety of outdoor events, such as rock concerts, the launch of a new album, sporting events and exhibitions and are rapidly becoming a popular form of advertising. Nationwide campaigns can be marketed quickly and easily which is a cost effective form of street or pavement advertising.

Graffiti stencils are often used to create a ‘Clean Graffiti’ effect. This is done by blasting a high pressure jet wash through the stencil onto a dirty pavement, exposing a cleaned image. The image lasts for some time and gradually fades.

Graffiti promotional stencils can also be used with QR (quick response) codes are becoming an increasingly popular form of street advertising using chalk spray stencils to mark the pavement. Your client can read the QR code with their smartphone device for an instant link to your website.

Body tattoo stencilling has become a very popular type of body decoration being used by stage, screen and the fashion and media industries.

Laser Cutting Services manufacture body tattoo stencils for temporary tattooing. These are made in a various thicknesses of polyester films, depending on end use.

The body art stencils are made for promotional products, events and branding. We manufacture custom body tattoo stencils for film and television productions and also as fashion accessories. The stencils can be used in combination with water based body paints that can be either airbrushed or hand painted.
