Definitions

		'Seller' means Laser Cutting Services (LCS) Ltd
		'Buyer' means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the Seller.
		'Goods' means the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
		'Conditions' means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.

The Price

		The price shall be the Sellers price as displayed on this website or as per written quotation.
		If there is a major increase in costs due to fluctuations in currency markets, raw materials or labour, the Seller may increase the price after notifying the Buyer in writing.

Payment

		Prices stated on this site are exclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%) & delivery unless stated on the website.
		All orders placed are payable by credit card/ debit card only prior to delivery. Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

		Delivery charges apply to all orders and will be in addition to the quotation. Delivery may be made using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or any other carrier.
		It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is supplied to LCS prior to dispatch.
		Any delivery date given by the Seller to the Buyer is an estimate only.
		LCS cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery.
		If LCS fails to deliver the order for any reasons other than any cause beyond LCS' reasonable control, LCS' liability will be limited to the invoiced price of the goods.

Inspections and Shortages

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt.
